Aelan Gel

The book Aelan Gel is the result of a collective writing effort by 8women from Vanuatu, a country where the access to literature was largely limitedfor the female population. 

The book is the final result of a collaborative processoriginated by the theatre performance and was followed by the publication ofthe peer-reviewed article “Aelan Gel/IslandDaughters: Co-creative Storytelling of Place and Resilience with Women inVanuatu” in Horal History, Place and Environment Issue.
